Maud Morgan Arts Joins MLK Day of Service

January 16, 2012

Maud Morgan Arts teacher Heather Zeiden helped attendees of all ages make valentines for the Martin Luther King Day of Service on Monday January 16, 2012 in Central Square.

The event was very well attended, unhampered by snow or rain.

Maud Morgan Prize Restored by the MFA

After a hiatus, the Maud Morgan Prize has been reinstated and increased from $5k/annually to $10k/annually. It was awarded to Wendy Jacob, a Cambridge-based artist. This is all really superb news for the many who have been advocating for its restoration.
